“YTB 15th Anniversary Special Award” in the Press Photos of the Year Competition

The competition of "Press Photos of the Year”, organized continuously since 1985 by the TFMD, and the longest-running photo event in Türkiye, will award "YTB 15^th Anniversary Special Award" this year. The competition will be held in the categories of "Turkish Diaspora," "Sister Communities," and "International Students." A prize of 30,000 TL will be awarded to the winner in each category.

Through the competition, the cultural richness and diversity in the countries where the Turkish diaspora resides will be expressed through a visual language. The lives of international students studying in our country will also be narrated through the lenses of the participants. In the “Sister Communities” category, the established bridges of affection will be reinforced. Thanks to the "YTB 15^th Anniversary Special Award" competition organized with the support of YTB, which has completed its 15^th year of service, young talents will also be discovered.

The competition is open to all amateur and professional photography enthusiasts, and works will be accepted online via the address "www.tfmd.org.tr." Only photos taken within the last 3 years can participate, and the deadline for applications is set as February 15, 2025.
